How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

Yes! We ship worldwide. We provide the lowest possible shipping fees starting at $5.95. We may also offer free shipping occasionally.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 1 – 2 Working Days.
Shipping time: 8 – 10 Working Days.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments through VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal.

How to track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an update through your email with a tracking code. You can then track your parcel here: Track Your Order

Note: Due to the carrier system, your tracking code information may take up to 48 business hours to be visible on the carrier website.

How do I cancel my order?

You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. How to returen an items

Customers have 30 days from the date of receive to change your mind and return the items without explaining the reason and Pepi Cent has to issue a refund. You can request a return by contacting us at [email protected]. After receiving the return item, Pepi Cent has to issue a refund back to customers’ account. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
